Log your maintenance request
If you have urgent maintenance outside of office hours, please contact your property manager directly.

For all non-urgent maintenance or issues at your rental property, please log a request via Tapi. The system will guide you through the process.

Your request will be recorded, and your property manager will review the request, liaise with the property owner if required, and arrange the appropriate tradesperson. The tradesperson will then contact you directly to schedule a suitable time to complete the work.

Please provide as much detail as possible, including photos or videos where relevant, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
